Charlie…six months old!

My kids are back in school and I am getting caught up with all of my recents shoots and editting. It just seems like yesterday we were taking Charlie’s newborn pictures…where is the time going? It was the perfect day to take his pictures outside and charlie was happy wherever he was.

Grace…just three weeks old!

The last few weeks have been crazy busy. I have so much to post and will be adding to the blog as I can. I met up with Grace and her mom to shoot some newborn shots and we had some fun with Grace. The weather was perfect for her to go outside and I couldn’t resist this location. Here is one of my favorite shots from the day. I will post more later….Thanks Angie!

Katherine and Mike…married

Katherine and Mike celebrated their marriage on August 21st at Mary Mother of the Church. I’ve know Katherine’s mom and dad for some time, so I have been really looking forward to shooting this wedding!
They forgot the crochet hook that was needed to button all of Katherine’s buttons, so Julie used her eyeglasses…love this shot.

Max…a senior shoot.

I met up with Max and his mom last week for his senior shoot. I shot his brother’s senior pictures last year. I can’t believe that was a year ago! Max was great to work with…thanks for being such a great sport…here are some of my favorites.

Meagan and Andrew…married

Meagan and Andrew got married on Friday August 13th. They had a beautiful wedding ceremony at St. James and a fabulous reception at the Waterfront. The weather was a little unpredictable but the rain held off until they arrived at the reception. They planned their wedding from Texas and moved to Chicago a few days after the ceremony…what a whirlwind of events. They were such a wonderful couple to work with…thanks for letting us share your very special day! Heather Sysimaki was my second shooter and I couldn’t have done it without her…Thanks Heather!!

Bri and Matt…married!

Bri and Matt were married last Saturday in La Crosse at Mary Mother of the Church. The day was beautiful and they were a wonderful couple to work with. My wonderful friend Heather Sysimaki from LifeShots Photgraphy was my second shooter. Thanks for letting us share your day!

Polly and Mike…married!

Mike and Polly got married last weekend in Riverside Park. There was an amazing party following the ceremony. The reception was at the Grand Hotel Ballroom and it was one of the best parties I have ever attended! The reception included a variety show with their many talented friends.
We recreated a scene from an old photo that Polly had of her grandparents!
Lots of laughs, fun and entertainment at the reception!

Courtney and Gary…married!

Courtney and Gary got married in Leon WI. They had a beautiful day with lots of fun amd laughs. Sara and I shot Courtney’s brother’s wedding last October. It was great seeing their family again.
Dani Stephenson was my wonderful second shooter this time.
I love these three pictures of the two of them!
They have so much fun together and were so easy to work with!

Tiffany and Brandon got married in La Crosse at the Pettibone Resort on the River. The wedding was beautiful and they were a wonderful couple to work with!
