The La Crosse Dance Center’s rendition of the Nutcracker entertained another huge crowd again this year! I am amazed every year at how these talented kids bring the Christmas spirt to the La Crosse community. It is such a priviledge to be backstage. It is amazing how the kids, staff and parents make the show happen. The dancers range in age from 4 to college age. Congratualtions to Nikki Balsmo for directing another great performance — it’s no surpise that Nikki was recently recognized with the WI Dance Association’s leadership award for her contributions to dance in Wisconsin.
